JKKP APPROVAL & INSPECTIONS
ACCREDITED BY JKKP
Our company has the manufacturing license from the respective JKKP departments from Malaysia for duration since 1990.
• Prior to installation, we have to submit approval drawings with calculations before fabrication.
• After approval of drawings, we will start fabrication and installation at sites.
• After installation, we will carry out official practical testing with the respective states’ JKKP departments.
• Practical dropt test to ensure the safety devices work as well as all electrical controls.
• Finally, to obtain the PMA licenses from the respective JKKP departments from onwards submission to our customers.
MAINTANANCE AND SERVICING
For the optimum performance and safety for all handling equipment, regular maintenance and servicing must be carried out by competent companies such as MHS (M) SDN BHD. We have highly trained electrician to check all controls to ensure optimum safety to the operators thus, giving customers long term cost savings. With regular maintenance, we can optimize the production by reducing downtime due to wear and tear of the electrical and mechanical parts. We perform 24 hours breakdown services for our clients on a contract basis.
Our regular maintenance procedures comprise the following items:
• Wire rope for wear and tear.
• Contactless control for all levels.
• Inspection of all electromagnetic contactors.
• Regular adjustment for the electromagnetic brake.
• Inspection of all door sensors.
• Routine changes for the gear oil.
• Overall housekeeping of the lift pit.
